Q. If I knew I couldn't fail, I'd try to ...
Every week, we share a new question you can add to your Manual of Me, a tool designed to help you explore and understand how you work best with others.
So often we worry about the risk of failing, or being humiliated, that we might not try something. What are the things which you'd do if confidence or risk wasn't an issue?
How to find your answer:
1. Think back over the past few years - has there been something that held you back from trying a new skill or a new project?
2. What are the things you'd wish you had the time or money, but feel are too much of a challenge to complete?
3. Write up what you'd try - and if there's time, reflect upon ways of removing some of the risk of failing, or what the worse scenario would actually be.
Answer this question yourself, and send it to your team, so they can answer too!
Manual of Me. is a tool to help you work better together with others, and you can now create your own team manuals. Choose the questions, invite your team, work better together. Try it out.
