Q. How do I prefer receiving feedback?
Feedback is one of the hardest things to give and receive - often because the way in which we structure and share it is not aligned with how someone needs to receive and digest it.
Use this chapter in your Manual of explain how you best want feedback.
How to find your answer:
1. Not everyone knows the answer to this question, so take some time to really think about the question.
2. You might prefer a face to face conversation, written feedback, open discussion or formalised and structured, ongoing or at defined times.
3. Think back to when you've had feedback and how you dealt with it, and how you'd change that for next time.
4. If you're someone who gives feedback, think about how you structure your feedback and how that might not always be the best way for the person hearing it.
